Senior Thesis Exhibition

Personal design used as official promotional material for the event

For my final project as an art graduate, my senior thesis exhibition is a testament to my lifelong journey with creativity. My collection explores the joy found in life’s little moments, where leisure becomes an art form in itself. Each piece is designed to evoke personal emotions and inspire a deep connection to day-to-day living. To dive deeper into the message behind my work, view the artist statement below.

Artist Statement

Creativity has taken many different shapes in my life. From coloring pages as a child, to doodling on assignment sheets in middle and high school, to taking accelerated graphic design courses in college, there has not been a time where I was without art in some shape or form. Through each phase, my artistic journey has been a constant companion, evolving alongside me and shaping my perspective. As I continue to explore new technology and techniques in graphic design, I am reminded of the infinite ways art enriches our lives, connecting us to ourselves and the world around us.

My collection is an exploration of the joy found in life’s little moments, where leisure becomes an art form in itself. My work aspires to evoke personal emotions and inspire connection to day to day living. Whether it's a casual bike ride on a sunny day or a warm cup of coffee in the morning, my designs invite viewers to pause, reflect, and find beauty in the simple pleasures of life. In a world that often moves at a quick pace, my artwork serves as a reminder to slow down, savor the moment, and embrace the small joys.

My work as a graphic designer highlights the interaction between the viewer and the piece that I have designed. Through the use of shadows and bright colors, there is a depth and intensity to my artwork that draws viewers to blend creativity with purpose. The process of design excites me. I enjoy discovering which elements allow for the best interaction between the design and the viewer. Ultimately, my goal as a graphic designer is to forge connections. I work to create experiences that are not only visually appealing but also create lasting connections between the client and the consumer.
